As part of this we promote solutions that respect the nature of the existing building's fabric (breathable or non-breathable) to highly insulate appropriately to reduce heat gains and losses, to reduce the project's carbon footprint by the use of sustainable materials, and heating and lighting systems that do not rely on fossil fuel.
